The gui rpms should be tagged with approproate .fcXX

Description
Ideally we could modify the gui spec file to insert such tags automatically, depending on which fedora they are running (or 'other' if run on non-fedora system?)
This is to allow maintain versions of RPMs build for different fedora distros, e.g. F14 (Temaplate) and F13 (Dom0).
We _might_ need to do the same for core packages?
