Improve qrexec performance

Description
On i5 650 system, file transfer speed (from a sparse file to tmpfs, so not involving real HDD) is ca 30MB/s, which is surprisingly low. Probably vchan is the bottleneck (to be verified); perhaps improving vchan buffer size would help.
