Support for easy template updates

Description

User should be able to click the update button in the manager, and it should take care about:

  1. Stopping all the VMs (and getting user consent before if some apps are open)
  2. Starting template VM
  3. Starting kpackagekit in this VM.

This is right now solved by our new template-sharing scheme introduced in Beta 1.
