Only new installations will have this features. To have it on already installed systems:

  1. create 'netvm-whitelisted-appmenus.list' file in template dir, place there one line: 'gnome-terminal.desktop'
  2. recreate NetVM

You can also just manually add terminal to menu using standard qubes-manager method (still core part of this update is required).
