manager: display VM warnings next to each VM

Description
As we discussed: if there were problems with a particular VM, such as e.g. it couldn't be started, a small yellow triangle with exclamation icon should be displayed (in the state field), and when the user hovers with mouse over this icon, an explanation text should be displayed.
